There are a variety of ways to cheat at poker, from simple childs play to very complex methods of counting cards. Unless youre planning to rip off a casino then theres no harm in learning a few cheats at your favorite game. (Besides, a casino would discover you in a heartbeat anyway) It takes a cheater to know a cheater so you might as well learn how the pros do it before you find yourself cheated out of a fortune!

They may also use their index finger to peek at the cards before dealing. Notice how closely everyone eyes a self-appointed dealer as he deals out hands. 5.How the Manipulative Dealers Do It There are crooked dealers then there are criminally ingenious dealers. Any good cheat knows that he or she wont win much money (nor appear inconspicuous) if he has all the best hands while everyone else has nothing. However, ensuring that a second player unknowingly gets an artificial strong hand will guarantee that the pot continues to boil. 6.How the Card Makers Do It Bringing your own deck of cards to play with is a low blow, since you can use your own cold deck, a set of prearranged cards (such as every fourth card dealt will form a winning hand) or even specially marked cards that tell you the value of the card from the back. (Common markings include a scratch, a circle or a sun discoloration) 7.How the Confederates Do It Collusion is one of the best ways to cheat at poker, since everyone suspects a single cheat, but not many will jump to conclusions that two people are in on the deal. Collusion techniques might include forming failing to bet or raise each other, raising and re-raising each other to trap other players and in strategic signaling.
