More info... 76-year-old Sakinat Khanapiyeva from the village of Sultan-Yangiyurt in Dagestan, Russia, is the worlds strongest granny. She can tear up even the thickest books, lift a 24-kg dumb-bell, break horseshoes and twist 5-cm steel angles.
